What happens after a spiritual awakening, and can it happen twice? 

In this episode I talk with spiritual guide Gareth Duignam about his second spiritual awakening, the dark night of the soul that came before it, kundalini, and why you can be awakened and still be an asshole.

Gareth hit a wall of imposter syndrome so intense he almost quit teaching. Then, six years after his first awakening, it happened again on an ordinary Saturday walk. He calls it waking up from the dream of awakening itself.
