This week Coaches Bonnie Blackstone and Remi Gibbs chat with Joy Stone who is an Anxiety Coach, Positive Psychology Practitioner, and Yoga Psychology Practitioner. Joy teaches that anxiety is focused on yesterday and tomorrow with the present moment being where peace resides. Most of us lose sight of our true selves and have to work at reconnecting. This is best found through meditation. Your brain is an evidence-finding machine, not fact-finding. What you already think, believe, and feel is your story—even if it's not. Nothing is missing in you. Forgive yourself for any misunderstandings.
