I have known Noel many years and he's someone I respect a lot his attitude to life, work and business is admirable,  he shares his journey growing up with parents that were mixed religion in times during northern Irelands troubles in a volatile time. 

Noel shares his passion in health and fitness becoming a fitness model competitor and his love for fitness overall.
