Covid has dealt a raw deal on many of us and we need to find encouragement some way some how. Encourage someone today. Be real with someone today.

The brain is a funny thing. It can either bring us to a different level of living or take us down to defeat.

Be the type of person who can change the negative to a positive

We are all an inspiration to someone. You might not think that you are important but I’m here to tell you that you are a great source of inspiration and encouragement to somebody.

There comes a time when you will have to walk alone. Some of these paths we take are only meant for one person and maybe a chosen few. Be brave enough to walk alone when the time comes.

Love is a two way street. You give and in return you must get back something. It gets a bit odd when all you do is give and get nothing in return.

Tough times will come but we will make it out. It might be dark right now but there is light at the end of the tunnel

Don't always look at the negative side of things. There are so many more things to be thankful for. So much to be glad about. Look at the brighter side of things. Be encouraged.

Some people find strength in talking about others and pulling others down. That strength is temporary, it is short lived. Speak positively about others. Lift others up and see things shift for you
