I feel every great conversation is had over a meal or a cocktail (or mocktail if you choose). These conversations take on their own life and travel into unique directions, which is what truly matters. Periodically, I will be putting on my party pants, pouring myself something refreshing to drink and inviting a guest to just see where the words take us. This is a very special episode - #200! Wendie believes that community, relationships with others, and our relationship with ourselves rises above number counting and unrealistic expectations around food, eating or body image. She believes we all deserve to respect the body that we are in and we have the right to eat and enjoy all foods.  It is her mission to help women break free from limited beliefs that are holding them back from who they are created to be!
