During the Coronavirus craziness it’s easy to fall into the trap of judging others. Times like these can put people against one another. Instead of judging look to yourself and see what you can do to help.

I talk about how being busy has been affecting my life. And not in a positive way. I’ve tried to start a new morning routine to give myself an hour to myself. I’ve dubbed this the 6am club lol

The new year allows us to reflect on the past year. What worked for us and what do we want to get rid of to allow 2020 to be the best year yet. I created a vision board to help remind me of what I want for my future.

Emotions are so real. Even though we can’t see or touch them. Today was a day when little things happened and made me feel awful. But after sitting with my feelings they were released and I was able to feel better.
