Always, a new year new you concept. I just love how profound it is for everyone this year. It is a huge focus so much so that it has and is creating a shift in how we interact with ourselves and each other. I find it similar to a microscope clearly showing the dirt shoved/crammed under the rug
Either or does nothing to stop my engine.
I would recommend adapting to the minimalistic lifestyle immediately. I don't just mean furniture. I mean who you chose to be around you, are they people who share a common vibe? are they kind/positive/ambitious/open-minded?........its limitless. I'm talking, minimize your hard drive, your relationships>internal and external. Side Note: The relationship with yourself is the most important you should nourish and keep healthy. All in perspective I know the challenges are there. Let us not be silly. But it does dissipate the more you focus on yourself (without ego). You are focusing on how you can be of benefit to the world. Take yourself away from your problems and issues etc and focus on others. Volunteer in the very thing you have a challenge within your life. Extreme Example: You are a crack head. Why not volunteer for a soup kitchen serving crack heads. RIght. You do something interesting to your mind and your emotions. You OBSERVE yourself through your environment. You give back in a nurturing way to the very thing that hurt your soul. And that inadvertently cancels it out. It way too much self-reflection and positivity for any harmful thoughts to survive.
Alkaline your emotions. Free yourself from the pace you set. Wether it addictions, depression, lack of mentality, whatever debilitating condition. It serves no purpose for your future. Give back to a community to not only nourish yourself but your environment (internal&external).
All is well. Just Breadth.
Happy to share. Happy to care. Let's do it guys. Face the facts you control your life. You can make whatever you desire come into your physical world, It's energy already exists the second you think about it. It is not mystifying at all just takes consistency. Think of what you desire, ask yourself, will this benefit my success and how can it benefit the world. Always think of the bigger picture. Remember>>>>>>>a little down here is a lot up there (as in the Universe), Take that first step, become the change you want to see in yourself and the world.

Ah, the Holidays. Not much else to say after that. I do not really participate in the commerce but I do Love the Merriment. It's nice when people just want to be nice. Its my favourite time of celebration because it's global. Which means global niceness. I am just saying. GLobal Love is always welcomed. Let's play it forward. in addition, celebrate Just Because Love Days. Random acts of kindness. The best way to nurture yourself and give to yourself as you give to others. It's a yin yan thang.
Balance is a daily process no need to stress over it. You always have an opportunity. Being consistent puts that goal on the forefront. GIven you put in place a 5% error window you are good to go on allowing a logical strategy to emergy. You become efficient and diligent. Your manifestations are faster, your true intentions clearer. . Stay the course and in no time without you even noticing it will become part of you. Engrained to promote positive outputs.
ArtWork inspired by Love. I see hearts everywhere. In the oddest places as you can see. I believe Love is in the Details. And Art is everywhere. I am grateful for the art renegades who plant small images obscure and hidden in plain site. They brighten moods as you walk by in your quest for your day and your purpose and errands and stuff. Seems to me that a start of a format is happening.
I am enjoying earning new tricks of the trade in terms of financials, progress, personal achievements, etc. It has been great to now catch the process more effectively. Where in the past I would live in my procrastination for days sometimes months. Now I have clear measures in place to counter any sort of procrastination or what I call deflecting harder aspects of my Ultimate Goals. I realize that happens because I have overloaded my thoughts with all these complex tasks. I mean who can do a full page of tasks that require all these additives and subsidiary information and research. It then becomes a cobweb of destruction ;)
Instead, take all those ideas, to dos, maybes etc. and bring it down to what is most important NOW!!! Without this you are doomed to fall prey to the seductive lure of procrastination and for some (not me) the downward spiral of self in all aspects of you professional/personal lives. You multiply the problem and denied any growth.
Well, the best part of all that is that it is yours; you created & nurtured it. You can change it.
Today's Info:
3a use Ask & Chop to avoid procrastination.
Ask what is the first step to be taken then Chop off when completed.
Then repeat the question.
3c. Set your Game Clock. Put a timer on Everything you do.
3d. Pre-Structure your meetings/appointments/communications with
questions to ask, comments, etc.
4. Create a Ritual. Usually best to make that an Active thang, Wake up 2 hours earlier, workout for 1 hour, start you day. DONE!

5. Self=Evaluation>>>>Focus on Process and not just results. Learn what works best.
Create a Success Log - evaluate your progress and adjust as needed. Write Down on heading of every page: My Realistic Goals: ASK: 1) What did I do well today 2) What is one aspect I would like to improve 3) IS there one thing I can do differently.
6. How you think and talk with yourself can lead to success or failure. To achieve a goal; focus on a Solution. Take task step by step, think positively and work out a gradual solution.
Appreciate when you do well
7. Seek to be Abnormal. Look for ways around the challenge. Take accountability for yourself. Pay attention to what you can control and the parts of your lives that you can improve.

Its a new time for Celebrating our true selves. Harness that energy to bring great change in the world. Regardless if you want it or not ELEVATION is happening to all of us. But you must prepare you Body, Mind & Soul. You know? get rid of all negative stimuli >>> that includes people, places and things, attitudes, thoughts.....etc etc. You know immediately if it is right for you. Even if it feels amazing you know instinctly what is needed and what is not.
Think
all that embodies who you are destined to be, who you are being encouraged to become. Nourish that slowly slowly because it takes time to build you must build the endurance that conducts itself on self pilot you Must put in the efforts to succeed. Once you reach the steps of change no turning back no thoughts no regrets just Trust in the Love you have in yourself. Trust in your abilities and guide yourself towards purpose..

This my 2nd attempt to send you some extra details. Includes some tidbits of how I started & some details on lost episodes.
It's often challenging to be seen as ready to change but with no drive or direction you will remain stagnant. Get outside of your mind. The most economical and rewarding way is to change your nutrition. As simple as eating an orange before bed. It's the change of brain patterns you are creating. Which will allow enough space to start your processes with the least amount of stress.
I have been researching the significance of changing my process. You either give or take away from your own love of self. That is up to you. Energy is an exchange, its a Universal Law. But>>>its important to be in control of what goes in and out, or control the flow as it benefits you. That is the challenge because it's done in Real-Time (as we see it).

Once you start other parts of your life gravitate for some healing. Could be your interpersonal life, romantic, financial, etc etc.
Sometimes that could mean releasing people and situations from your life. It's worth it for your bottom line.
It shows progress and strength (I will let you know during the creation stage you must be active). Initially, if your first step can be to get more active in a repeated pleasurable activity, you must be able to conduct every day for 1 hour).
