We start this new fall season with a new host, Sam Schauer. Sam is a sophomore journalism and communication studies double major and also the news director for KSDJ, the student radio station. 

Sam will be hosting Coffee with COJO for the Fall 2021 semester, so listen in and get to know a bit about our new student host.

Our final episode of the semester features our school director, Dr. Lyle Olson.  Dr. Olson is retiring this summer, and student Jonathan Gouger spoke with him about his career and accomplishments and what the future holds.

Coffee with COJO will be on hiatus over the summer, with new episodes this August.

Our latest episode features someone whose voice you should be familiar with, McCade Ivarsen.  McCade has been hosting Coffee with COJO since it began over a year ago, and he is wrapping up his graduate work this semester, with Jonathan Gouger taking over hosting duties.  Jonathan and McCade recently spoke about the podcast and McCade’s future plans.

Our latest episode features Heather Solberg, who joined COJO as an instructor of advertising in the fall of 2018. Her professional experience includes media buying, media planning, advertising sales, copywriting, media analytics, data analysis and marketing research.

Our second episode of 2021 features local businessman and SDSU alumni Buck Burdick. Buck owns Station 5 productions where he used his experience in graphic design to create the Fear Asylum haunted house as well as several escape rooms and props for other productions.
