Dr. Victory is an alumnus of the National Preparedness Leadership Initiative, a combined effort of Harvard School of Public Health and the Kennedy School of Government to develop “meta-leaders” for national disaster preparedness and response. She has worked closely with officials from Homeland Security, HHS, FEMA, and multiple branches of the military. In addition, she served as a member of the Leadership Council at Harvard School of Public Health for many years.

Dr. Victory advocated tirelessly for a more measured, risk-stratified approach to the COVID19 pandemic response. She was a consistent and vocal proponent of aggressive early outpatient treatment for COVID19, as well as a cautious and informed, risk-benefit based approach to COVID

Her focus is on empowering patients through education and understanding their full range of treatment options, as well as the risk-benefit calculation for any intervention.

Dr. Victory makes frequent radio and television appearances to discuss issues of public health, disasters, and mass casualty preparedness and response efforts. She appears frequently on Fox, Newsmax, America’s Real Voice, NewsNation and other news outlets.

Dr. Victory holds a BS from Duke University, earned her MD from the University of North Carolina and completed her residency in Emergency Medicine and Trauma at Carolinas Medical Center.

Tess Lawrie (MBBCh, PhD) is a medical doctor, research consultant, and health sovereignty advocate. Her clinical and research expertise derived from both developed and developing countries includes preparing evidence-based guidelines for the WHO between 2012 and 2021. With citations in excess of 8,800 for over 90 peer-reviewed scientific articles, she is a distinguished scientist.

Ros found herself campaigning to get schools reopened and subsequently set up a group of concerned health professionals and academics lobbying the regulatory authorities about the recklessness of rolling novel technology covid vaccines out to children and has provided a detailed witness statement for the UK COVID-19 Inquiry.

Ros is co-chair of the HARTgroup and also a lighthouse keeper for the Cape Byron Lighthouse Declaration.

Gary Sidley, PhD, is a former NHS consultant clinical psychologist with over 30-years’ experience of clinical, professional and managerial practice in adult mental health. Dr Clare Craig FRCPath Diagnostic Pathologist

Clare has been a pathologist since 2001 working in the NHS and reaching consultant level in 2009.

She specialised in cancer diagnostics including diagnostic testing for cancer within mass screening programmes and was the day to day pathology lead for the cancer arm of the 100,000 Genomes Project.
