Happy Monday beautiful people!!!
Conversations with Friends Episode 32 is a conversation with a new friend, Charlmayne Settles, the author of Hey Little Black Girl: For the Unhealed LIttle Black Girl in You. Charlmayne is working hard to bring healing to herself, her family and her community!
Charlmayne recently published her new book, Hey Little Black Girl: For the Unhealed Little Black Girl in You and is now sharing her story with the world. This mama of 4 is no stranger to the hard knocks of life and is using her own past to move forward and inspire a generation of women to know that we can all grow from just about any foundation and still enjoy life. Healing is real and when we decide to use our life experiences to create the life we truly desire and heal the little girl or little boy inside, we will create peace and happiness no matter how life began.
Charlmayne speaks to the wounded child in us all and helps us remember to go back and heal this vulnerable being within. She uses her own story to walk us through how we can overcome great challenges and share our story to influence others to do the same! Tune into her work and grab a copy of her new book at https://heylittleblackgirl.com/ and follow her on Facebook and Instagram under Hey Little Black Girl...
because this mama is on a mission: To speak to the unhealed little black girl inside of every black woman and girl so that they may heal and reach their fullest potential.
