It's about time we unpack all that baggage we carry throughout life.

We're all connected. Even if we're not the one going through something 1st hand, we're affected, we're experiencing it together. Navigating the trials, tribulations, changes and expectations.

It's ok, no it's more than ok to NOT be ok. In a world where we're encouraged to "Insta-ham" it up and post "everything is perfect " I'm here to tell you I'm far from it and I'm good with that.

While waiting on and preparing for Hurricane Dorian, it reminded me of storms that we might encounter in our own lives.

What are YOU doing to motivate yourself? Are YOU taking the time to recharge, kick back, enjoy? By doing so it can breathe life into helping, motivating, uplifting and inspiring others.

So often we're focused on the negatives. Let's turn that around and focus on our JOY POINT.
