It's clear to any reader of the Bible that the Pharisees, Sadducees and scribes absolutely hated Jesus. They had him tortured and killed after pre-meditating His arrest and crucifixion. While it's common knowledge that they absolutely hated Christ, what many don't often take the time to think through is why. Why did the Religious Leaders of His day hate Jesus? The political divide in our country could not be further apart. On one hand, you have conservatives and the claimed Republican platform that stands for morality, personal responsibility and life. Many Conservatives feel betrayed by our own government after the 2020 Presidential Election. We turned out in droves, earning President Donald Trump more votes than any president has received in the history of American politics. While Christians should understand that politics is not the end-all-be-all for us, as our citizenship is in Heaven first and foremost, the aftermath of the 2020 Election is an indication that America is crumbling before our eyes. The Intellectual Dark Web began a lot of open discussions between thought leaders in our society regarding philosophy, religion, politics and morality. It seems as if, however, they were all starting from the wrong presuppositions when it comes to morality. None of the IDW guys are actually Christians, so they are not rooting their morality on God's Word. The closest, ideologically, would be a Jordan Peterson or Ben Shapiro. However, often times even they would make arguments regarding morality void of any basis in what God laid out in His Word. Many Evangelical Christians have been wondering why our Evangelical Leaders have recently made a sharp turn to the Left, driving the Church towards progressive politics, ideology and theology. Bishop Robert E Smith is leading five weeks of prayer for America... praying that God will work in a great and miraculous way to preserve our great country. With voter fraud being exposed for all to see, we are witnessing our country being hijacked before our eyes! A Joe Biden presidency would be the end of America as we know it.
