This episode highlights a couple of ways blackness has been weaponised in the sexualisation of women, as a means to enlighten, and inspire thought provoking conversations.

We hosted the very special couple, Keziah Ritchie (@keziahritchie) and Gideon Akpovi (@gideonakpovi), as they shared a few ways they have been tackling the conversation around race. 

On this episode, we spend a short time talking about the importance of mental health in black people.
