As Conversations With The Boys continues to grow, so have the messages, questions, and conversations happening beyond the show. At UNSPOKEN in Las Vegas, we invited the audience to anonymously submit the things they wanted to talk about — and we combined those with questions we’ve received through social media and from people following the journey.
In this episode, Mikey, Big Billy, Ben, and JP sit down with no guest and no script — just real questions from real people.
How do you create a safe space for someone to open up? How do you build meaningful connections when making friends doesn’t come naturally? How do you navigate social anxiety? What does being a supportive man actually look like? And how do we get better at showing up for each other when we don’t always know what to say?
We don’t pretend to have all the answers. That’s never been the point.
Sometimes the most important thing we can do is ask the question, listen to different perspectives, and create a space where people feel comfortable enough to have the conversation.
These are your questions. Our experiences. One conversation.

Who are you when you strip away the ego, the expectations, and everything the outside world told you you were supposed to be?
In this episode of Conversations With The Boys, we sit down with brothers King and Alijah Holder. King is a media journalist, while Alijah went from professional football to building a career as a model. Two different paths, but a conversation that kept coming back to the same question: how well do we actually know ourselves?
We go deep on letting go of ego, trusting the path even when you can’t see where it’s leading, and having the courage to look inward instead of constantly searching for validation from the outside world.
Because becoming the best version of yourself isn’t always about adding more.
Sometimes it’s about letting go.
Letting go of who you thought you had to be. Letting go of other people’s expectations. Letting go of the need to control every outcome. And learning to trust yourself, your faith, and the people around you enough to become who you’re actually meant to be.
For men especially, that kind of self-exploration can be uncomfortable. We’re taught to project confidence, have the answers and keep moving forward. But sometimes growth starts when you stop long enough to look at the man in the mirror and ask:
Is the person I’m presenting to the world actually who I am?
This is a conversation about ego, faith, identity, vulnerability, self-awareness and becoming more connected to the person underneath all the noise.

In this episode of Conversations with the Boys, we sit down with professional bodybuilder and trainer Billy Reilich and experiential event producer Myron Batsa for an honest conversation about male friendship, brotherhood, vulnerability and why having the right men around you can completely change your life.
For a lot of men, friendship is built around doing things together. We watch the game, go to the gym, grab a drink, talk shit and have a good time. But how many of those friendships create enough space to actually say “I'm not doing okay” when life gets hard?
We get into the difference between having friends and having a real support system, learning which friendships actually serve the person you're becoming, being willing to show up for another man without trying to fix him and why vulnerability between men doesn't make a friendship weaker, it can make it stronger.
The conversation also opens up around friendships between heterosexual and LGBTQ+ men, the assumptions and barriers that can exist between them and what can happen when men are secure enough in themselves to build friendships across different identities, experiences and perspectives.
Because brotherhood doesn't require us to be the same.
It requires us to be willing to show up for each other.
This conversation is about finding your people, becoming a better friend and creating the kind of male friendships where honesty, support, laughter and vulnerability can all exist in the same room.

What happens when anger becomes the only emotion men are taught how to express?
This week, 11-year NBA veteran Jared Jeffries and hospitality veteran Miles Ray join the boys for a raw, wide-ranging conversation about the lives we’ve lived outside the traditional 9-to-5, the experiences that shaped the way we see the world, and the emotions men were taught to bury along the way.
We talk about growing up believing men weren’t supposed to cry, why anger became an acceptable outlet for everything we didn’t know how to say, and how that anger could become fuel for success while also doing damage beneath the surface. It’s an honest conversation about masculinity, vulnerability, success, and trying to unlearn some of the things we were taught about what it means to be a man.

In this episode of Conversations with the Boys, we sit down with musician Sam Pounds and mental health advocate Patches for an honest conversation about faith, spirituality, religion, purpose, and the human need to believe in something greater than ourselves. What happens when life doesn't make sense? Where does hope come from? Can faith exist without certainty? And how do we hold onto belief when we're walking through grief, addiction, loss, anxiety, or seasons where nothing feels clear?
This isn't a debate about religion. It's a conversation about the search for meaning. Together, we explore the different paths people take toward hope, the role faith can play during life's darkest moments, and why asking difficult questions may be just as important as finding the answers. Whether you're deeply religious, spiritual, questioning everything, or simply searching for purpose, this conversation is an invitation to slow down, listen, and reflect. Because sometimes the strongest thing a man can do... is admit he doesn't have it all figured out.

In this special live episode of Conversations With The Boys, we take the stage for the first live podcast ever produced by A Mind's Pursuit as part of UNSPOKEN, our live mental health experience held to close out Men's Mental Health Month.
Recorded immediately following the debut live performance of My Manic Maze by Mikey Tableman, this conversation shifts the focus from performance to participation. Rather than featuring a guest, the audience became part of the discussion, asking questions live and anonymously through submitted question cards. Together, we explored the importance of creating spaces where men can speak openly about their struggles, challenge the stigma surrounding vulnerability, and remind one another that no one has to carry life's weight alone.
Hosted by Mikey Tableman, Big Billy Clark, Ben Meredith, and JP Betancur, this episode reflects the heart of Conversations With The Boys: honest conversations, authentic connection, and the belief that some of the most important conversations are the ones we never have.

What does it really mean to be a man?
To provide, to protect, to lead. To hold everything together... even when you're falling apart yourself.
In Episode 2 of Conversations with the Boys: Under Pressure, we're joined by RJ Mitte (Breaking Bad) and Linc Hand (42, NCIS) for one of our most honest conversations yet.
Together, we unpack the pressure so many men carry every day—the expectation to provide, to care for everyone else, to stay strong, and to keep going even when life feels overwhelming.
This conversation goes to some dark places. But that's exactly why it leads to so much light. Because the conversations we're most afraid to have are often the ones we need the most.
If this conversation resonates with you, send it to someone who needs to hear it.

In the debut episode of Conversations With The Boys, musician Cris Hodges joins Mikey Tableman, Big Billy Clark, Ben Meredith, and JP Betancur for an honest conversation about money, self-worth, and the pressure many men feel to provide. As men, we're often taught that our value is measured by what we can give, what we can earn, and how well we can take care of the people around us. But what happens when we're struggling? What happens when we can't provide in the ways we think we're supposed to?Together, the boys explore the relationship between money and identity, the shame that can come with feeling like you're falling behind, and why so many men tie their worth to their paycheck.Because sometimes the heaviest burden isn't financial.
