It is a 15-minute invitation to go within and look in the direction of energy, joy, freedom and Love.

Set aside the time and go on a journey. Expand in the direction of love - your true nature. Be open to what you may discover.

Meditation - Look in the direction of your true nature

It is a 14-minute invitation to look within and be present with that which you really are - the inner being.
