I met Shawn at a Melbourne meetup about Knowledge Management and I was captivated by his love for storytelling, and coming to know that he's the founder of Anecdote was one of the highlights for me. I was intrigued to learn about how he would tell his stories, so I asked him to join the podcast. Luckily for us, he said yes and we had a really good chat about speaking with mindfulness.

How often do you actually pay attention to the tiny signs in a conversation? Do you realise how you present yourself and your ideas? Have you ever wondered why some politicians speak in certain ways that sometimes don't make sense while others speak from the heart and it touches you?

We discussed them all, and I learned so much from a good old conversation with Shawn. It was also really great to get to know how Anecdote came about!
