Mental Health is the topic of this month for us and it is so dear to our heart. Moving to Melbourne from Vietnam, both Hoa and I experienced serious Mental Health issues for the first time and also acknowledged Mental Health for the first time. Where we grew up, it is not something to talk about at all, so this conversation was definitely a big leap and also took a lot of courage. We are glad that we spoke up and shared, and we hope this would help anyone who needs a little support.
