Hey, this is me again.

This is the original "Intro" Session to this podcast.

It's way long.

Thus, I re-record the Intro,

and I save this Version for another time.

This is another time.

And thus, a lightweight review.

I am deliberating on how to proceed with the podcast.

Given certain constraints

--currently being without immediate mobile and wifi--

the podcast recordings are comparatively labour-intensive;

the arrangements, recordings, and reviews.

I consider chopping it up around the village

with interested participants.

And being less concerned about reviewing and commenting

on each session--

simply to post.

That significantly streamlines the process,

and perhaps allows for increased comfort and spontaneity,

to make the convos increasingly light, lively, and learn-able.

"Convo With AhmahtsiYahu."

Brother AhmahtsiYahu is a strong example of "Be About It."

He trains within the fields (-_-)

of off-the-grid intentional community

and sustainable, organic agriculture;

he visits Pan-African homelands and repatriates to Ghana,

and he works with additional Brethren

to establish "Bamboo Roots Collective--

a cooperative, intentional community in Cape Coast.

In this convo AhmahtsiYahu discusses this path,

receiving a land lease-grant from a Ghanaian Tribal Chief

to build a sustainable, intentional Village,

and plans for mañana.

Brother Todd is a Professor of Medical Anthropology.

We talk about healing--

what is healing,

and what is the responsibility of healers.

1 Love And Peace.

Brother Nate "Puppets" is a genuine and striving Brother.

Nate and I meet around 15 years ago,

when he is actually in Middle School.

During that period,

I regularly convene a "Peace Proclamation"

outside the local library.

I do this week after week for many months,

and numerous people stop to ask me what I am doing--

Elders, Librarians, Police, Parents,

and Students coming from the nearby Middle School,

including Nate.

Through the years, Nate finds a receptive community

amidst the village where I live,

and we continue the discussion.

Nate talks about his experience

growing from an interFaith home,

and finding his voice through puppetry and performance.

"Convo With Paulette."

Paulette is an endearing Soul

who also graduates from Heights High School,

here in the Cuyahoga area.

Soon after graduation, she marries her husband,

and continues within a whirlwind travel of life,

beginning a family, and continuing an understanding of joy.

Paulette talks about this journey,

and some of the lessons along the way.

Akshai is a dynamic Desi Brother,

whom I meet oVer a decade ago,

when he is completing graduate studies in Finance at Case.

We meet amidst the weekly pick-up football matches at Case,

and we continue to run into each other

at local coffeehouses,

and on numerous activist fronts.

Akshai has tremendous empathy and dedication

to promote the wellbeing of others.

Akshai talks about his Spiritual Heritage

that he embraces and that he rebels from;

and how this informs his commitment

to compassion for all beings.

"Convo With Mark."

Mark is a sincere and compassionate Brother,

who also comes from the NorthEast Ohio area.

He currently lives in SoCal,

the Paiute Land of Southern California.

Amidst graduating from Cleveland State UniVersity,

Mark is diagnosed with Epilepsy,

and this influences his continuing path.

Bradley is a beautiful Brother amidst the Brits;

a Mancunian who continues to work

on perfecting his football allegiances. -_-

Brother Bradley is also a seasoned Elder

with respect to Mixed Race--

nearly 2 decades ago, he establishes Mix-d,

the Manchester-based, Mixed Race community organisation;

and Now he manages an entrenpreneurial endeavour--

hair products for Mixed Race Brethren

and for Brethren of all Ethnic Heritages.

Sister Michelle and I first meet oVer 20 years ago,

during my study abroad experience in Xhösa Cape Town,

South Africa.

Years later, we reconnect via Facebook,

and eventually record this convo.

as a Coloured woman in Xhösa Cape Town.

She describes the established Mélangé communities,

culture, and customs,
