Hey everyone! Welcome back to another week. When going through a season of uncertainty we often tend to want to be in full control of every step. Oddly enough, in our lives the problems will find their way into every nook and cranny if we are the ones who try to resolve them. But, putting your problems in the hands of God and releasing control over to Him, that is what will separate the victorious from the defeated.

Have you ever felt this overwhelming sense that people only see you as the tragedy you've experienced? You are not alone. As we move along in life dealing with past hurts, we have to quickly realize that those pains cannot define us. The only one that holds a true candle to defining who we are is God! Sit with us as we discuss this rather interesting topic of not allowing tragedy to become your identity.

Hey everyone!
Welcome back to another episode. In this candid conversation we talk about love! But where other people focus on the love they have for a significant other, we want to focus on the love we should share every single day. Valentine's Day is special for most people, but today we share how we can love others well, give sacrificially, and love the way Jesus does. We hope you enjoy the conversation.

Welcome back everyone! Oftentimes in our walk with Christ we feel like we can't meet expectations. The fear of failure will paralyze us into becoming inactive. What would happen if we understood that God doesn't loom over us waiting for us to fail? But instead, he watches over us understanding, in depth, his creation. Join us on this conversation about God’s grace, living out faith in excellence, and walking out our calling.

Welcome back to another episode everyone! We're excited you're here. Today we talk about exercising our faith in a way that's not just real but also relatable. Honestly, we haven't presented ourselves to every situation with our hands raised giving praise to God for the storm. In all honesty, pretending to the rest of the world that believers never struggle with their faith or have bad days gives a false impression of what Christianity is. This faith isn't the absence of bad days, it's being able to still praise God through the bad days, it's being real and telling God that the day you're experiencing isn't the best one. We serve a real God, so this faith that we have should also be a real one.

Especially after these last two years it's easy to assume that God doesn't have a plan or maybe even that He just doesn't care at this point. We want to encourage you to believe again. We want to encourage you to trust in God and trust that He has a plan. The pandemic has sent people into living a lifestyle that can primarily focus on the moment, but we serve a God that works in eternity. Combining those two worlds can provide more of a challenge than you think. We don't want to just talk about it, we want to attack it head on. Talk with us as we share how we've been able to focus on eternity and a successful future using the word of God and what He's already spoken over our lives. God still has a plan, a great plan for each and every one of you. Jeremiah 29:11 isn't just a good verse to put on a shirt, a song title, or the name of a band. It's a prophetic scripture that speaks to our future, and a scripture that we should all try our best to live by. Thank you for listening and being a part of the Convos with the Yorro's family.

Hey everyone! Welcome back to another episode. Join in on our conversation where we talk about how to get through seasons of drought. There are often so many times in life where we expect things to go one way and they don't. Not only does life not go as expected but it'll even lead us into a season of drought. This is the time where we are faced with the option to push, move forward, be strong and try to overcome the odds, or take a step back and re-evaluate the entire situation. Not give up, but maybe to look at things from a different perspective. Just like the old saying goes "when life gives you lemons, make lemonade". Maybe this is the motto some of us need to live by. Life with Christ doesn't guarantee that seasons of drought will be easier, it guarantees that seasons of drought will be worth it.
