Do you still remember what you were doing when you first heard about what happened on September 11, 2001? I bet yes. Do you know someone that has Post-traumatic stress disorders after that? Maybe not!

What’re the causes of PTSD? According to Mayo Clinic, when you go through, see or learn about an event involving actual or threatened death, serious injury and so on. Wikipedia says it is a mental disorder that can develop after a person is exposed to a traumatic event or threats on a person’s life. PTSD can disrupt your whole life, and increase your risk of other mental health problems, including eating disorders.

So I hope if you know someone who has PTSD, you could show him or her some love as least today or this weekend, by cooking with them together, and sharing the food that you make together at home. As we learned before, home cooking is mental therapy. So it’s beneficial to you yourself as well. Great! Today we’re learning to make ginger molasses cookies with LOVE. Let’s get started.
