Cooking & Conversation with Jodi Lohrman

Beau Bayh, Democrat candidate for Indiana Secretary of State joins Jodi in the Honeysuckle Hill Kitchen to recreate his mom's Pork Chop and Apple dish which was a Bayh family staple. Beau shares stories about growing up in a political family, as a twin, and the legacy from his maternal side of the family. He talks about what the duties of the Office of Secretary of State, what Indiana does right with elections in Indiana, where improvements can be made, and even tells what he admires about his opponents. 

Interviewer Vivian Etling, employee of five years, asks Jodi Lohrman, owner of Honeysuckle Hill Beestro, about her life, her passions, and her reason why. She gives an introduction of herself and her inspiration behind her business. Jodi shares stories of the people who inspire different aspects of the restaurant. Finally, she gives a thoughtful explanation to her reason for her cooking videos and why she enjoys bringing people together to cook and share food they love. They chat about the future guests and ideas they have for the business and the cooking videos.
