As you get older, you realize that using social media can affect your mood, productivity, and overall mental health. Can someone just take our phones away, please!!! How do you feel after you get off of Instagram or Tik-Tok or any social media platform that you might spend a little too much time on? We don't feel so good. There are good things about it like connection and inspiration, exposure to different cultures and opinions, and accounts that just make you happy.
