We hear a lot about millennials nowadays, but we don't hear much about Generation Y. I wanted to take the opportunity this week to sit down with a good friend of mine who is apart of the Y generation, to get a sense of how millennials are viewed and what may be the crucial differences between the two generations. For example, We have no issues discussing Trump, Republicans, and conservatism because we TRULY want to understand people and alternative views. We have no expectations of what that looks like and are willing to explore. There's much frustration in today’s climate, sure, but not something we’re not willing to figure out together.
