Cooper Chapman is a former professional surfer with more than a decade of experience in the sport. Cooper's personal experiences with mental health began when his father suffered from depression and two of his family friends died by suicide. These experiences inspired Cooper to delve deeper into the subject of mental health and develop strategies to manage his own anxiety. Cooper found solace in meditation and mindfulness practices, which he incorporated into his daily routine. He soon realized that these practices helped him perform better in both surfing competitions and public speaking engagements. Over time, Cooper became passionate about sharing his knowledge with others and helping them build mental strength and resilience.
