Read all the multi-packs and shorts packs long ago, since 2012. The author has gotten better with age/practice. I've read almost all of the Cooper stories (1 - 230) and several of Mr. Bernico's short stories and most have not disappointed me. You'll find some poorly written or predictable stories, but for the most part they are fair to good. The Cooper series are better, but there's a few stinkers, too. They're great for a coffee break or a few minutes to relax.

What I like in this book is, when Nick finally have a young lady he like and they are living together. From reading the Cooper Saga Nick had a hard time keeping the woman he love. I would recommend this to someone who like to read in their spare time. My rating is a five because Nick is happy.
