Global leaders agreed to a deal at Dubai's COP28 climate conference that would transition away from fossil fuels. Carbon capture and removal technology is one way to do that. But critics say the agreement doesn't go far enough. Grist's Naveena Sadasivam and Here & Now's Peter O'Dowd join us. And, Coast Guard agents off the coast of Florida are intercepting and detaining thousands of migrants including children traveling alone. Most of them are from Haiti.
