Lately I’ve been feeling alone or lonely. And thinking about if it’s worth the effort. Something I’m guessing most relationships go through.

Each partner in a relationship needs to trust that the other can do their own thing and not threaten a relationship. This trust is gained by open communication.

This episode has been delayed for a few weeks as there was some doubt as to whether I was still in a relationship. It took some guts from me to confront him. But happily our relationship is back on track.
