Grief is something we will all go through at some point in our lives . Some of us have gone through it already and some are going through it right now. Such emotional upheaval that comes with loss through relationship breakdown or death is inevitable.
Most people are familiar with the 5 stages of grief. We must have heard it mentioned somewhere or even read about it. The truth is in as much as it helps to have a bit of knowledge about stages of grief, it does not really prepare you enough when faced with the reality of loss.
In this episode of YOUTH+EMO podcast , I will talk about my understanding and experience of grief not just as a psychotherapist and counsellor, but from my personal experience as someone who has gone through grief due to death.
