In the spotlight this week is Diamond S&C Coach, Corban Wroe.

Corban's journey began in QLD and his first dip into the professional world of sport came in 2008 when he represented Australia in the FIBA Oceania Youth Tournament and off the back of the tournament was offered a place at the AIS.

Wroe then packed his bags and head off to play NCAA Div 1 Basketball at the University of Hartford with the Hartford Hawks. in his time at Hartford, Wroe became the first player in program history to earn two America East All-Defensive Team nominations.

Graduating from Hartford and fielding international playing offers, Wroe decided to head back to Australia and ultimately ended up in a Perth Wildcats uniform in the NBL.
