Episode #18 breaks down the last, but not least, of the foundational movement patterns - the CORE. Gage breaks down how you should train the core/trunk/whatever you want to call it. Cool it with the crunches, okay? It's not giving you a six pack and that's not what your core is meant to do. Your core's primary purpose is to stabilize and transfer force from the ground to your extremities. So, train it that way. Oh, about the six pack...stop eating so much crap food and your abs will show up.
