I've never seen an obese video program that showed the end result they usually just show you a before and after pic. Most of the vids show firm looking athletes and how they make money I'm bewildered. Fat is an absorption of what we eat and Dwayne eats to build muscles while we eat and gain fat! Our problem is eating too much of the wrong foods and not using those food to their best benefits.

How do you separate your thoughts? Can they truly be contextualize? Is is possible to put them into files like a filing cabinet? I learnt this as I had an experience today. Hope you find this podcast helpful!

Do you have a destination? How about being destined to rest in the grace of God? Finding that part of you that craves the presence of God and where this is all that matters...is what all our souls need and long for while we sing it out...it was your grace I'm saved!

Good and bad comes from the hand of God. From the ash you shall rise as a Phoenix. An area that once had been burnt out from it good can come even though good things are burned by the fire. But after that area gets time to rest seeds sown to it will grow very well! From evil good is the purpose. The prospect is bad things will first have their way but the end product is for the greater good!

Maturity is not age but the beginning of one's use of inner consciousness. Responsibility is its sister they work together. Both are children of wise parenting. We all need a dose of each in our waking moments!

Unkindness is like a leprous decease. And those who are merry by it shall be compensated!
