What began as a small crab-focused takeout spot quickly became a Brooklyn institution , known for their iconic Clobster Roll, indulgent Crab Mac & Cheese, and Alaskan crab legs in signature beer sauce.

Today their brand reaches major venues like the Barclays Center and the US Open, while their retail line, Gigi’s Hotties, continues to grow with more than 60,000 units of their Zesty Lemon Pepper Hot Sauce sold.

But beyond the food, their story is about community, entrepreneurship, and Black women building legacy in Brooklyn.
