In the summer of 2016 I had a miscarriage. It wasn't a dramatic event since it was early on and I did not experience much pain, but it was still had a great impact on me. After, I found comfort in knowing my baby would be waiting for me in Heaven, yes, but also realizing she had gotten to go to Heaven because of the fact that she had at least been conceived.
Thank you for listening.

I try to post something new at least every week and I plan to dabble in multiple things, though right now mainly I focus on my own fictional writings.
Have a seat friend; join me as I work out bugs and work in beauty all at the same time.

What happens to the family left behind to pick up the pieces of a tragic suicide? That is the question that haunted me the day I heard of a kid in my own neighborhood who'd used a shotgun to kill himself in his apartment, and thus this story was born. It gets heavy, but as in all of my writing, there is a silver lining and a happy ending no matter how unorthodox.

In today's chapter, Alec Wilson finds that maybe it's not such a bad thing taking on a wife and baby, that loneliness really is overrated, though deep down he still seems to question whether it's what he wants.
