Joseph, husband of Mary and earthly legal father of Jesus, is an example of obedience in many ways. The Bible notes his actions, not words -- may this solid, faithful obedience be an example to us!

If you have humbled yourself and come to God for salvation and satisfaction, God has promised to satisfy your thirst and to make you His son or daughter.

This present world is marked for destruction as God wipes away all our tears and makes all things new with His presence being our crowning joy!

Mary and Joseph provide one blessing Jesus did not give up: a godly household. They demonstrate this through obedience to the Law of Moses. We believing parents are called to provide a godly household to our children as well!

Jesus Christ was born a Savior, the Messiah, in the Davidic line for the fulfillment of all of God's promises and for the salvation of the world.
