  • Pride And Prejudice
The sister and brother of Moses oppose him because of his "Cushite wife." Then they assert themselves as leaders that God can speak to just like He does to Moses. God hears their pride and prejudice and His anger "burned against them." Their story is a good reminder for us to examine any pride or prejudice in our hearts, confess it as sin, and ask God to give us a new heart toward others. Follow along with Pastor Gary in today's study from Numbers 12.

  • Beware Of The Rabble
A group of people living among the Israelites in the wilderness were called "the rabble." They had exited Egypt with the Hebrew slaves, though they did not belong to the people of God. Their bad influence proved to be a snare to the Israelites that resulted in the death of many. In today's study from Numbers 11, Pastor Gary reminds us that there are modern-day rabbles intent on derailing God's plans and purposes for your life as well. Beware of the rabble and stay true to God and yourself.

  • Discerning God's Will
When the Israelites set out from Mt. Sinai to the Promised Land, they were completely dependent upon the guidance and direction of God. God appeared as a "cloud by day" and "fire by night" to lead the way. Whenever His presence moved, the people moved. Whenever His presence stopped, the people stopped. In today's study from Numbers 7, Pastor Gary uses this passage to remind us to be as dependent upon God for our direction in life too. We will be looking at three ways to "test" the will of God for our lives.

  • The LORD's Blessing
In Numbers 6, the Lord tells Moses to instruct the priests (Aaron and his sons) to pronounce a blessing upon the people. Because this blessing comes through the priests it has been commonly referred to as "The Priestly Blessing." But that's not entirely correct. The priests are just the vessels; it was the LORD's blessing. And He wanted it spoken over each worshiper who came to the Tabernacle for the daily sacrifice. Join Pastor Gary for today's study as we examine "The LORD's Blessing."
