Healing on Sabbath day

#God is working

#It is good to God's work on any day in particular on the day we have for rest from other labours.

#This healing provokes first open hostility against Jesus.

#Jesus responding to their question ... He equates HIMSELF with God.

E - EQUAL IN ESSENCE

N - EQUAL IN NATURE

P - EQUAL IN POWER

A - EQUAL IN AUTHORITY

T - EQUAL IN TRUTH

Then Jesus calls on witness to affirm that He is equal with God:

#John the Baptist testimony (the forerunner - who announced He who comes after me is greater)- people believed the message and in preparation to welcome the Messiah repented of their sin & got baptised.

#The works/signs Jesus did TESTIFY. (Nicodemus believes that Jesus is able to do these works because He comes from God)

#The Scripture TESTIFY of Jesus (you search the scriptures which testifies of Me)
