From Hebrews 2:14-3:6. In 3:1, we are told to fix our thoughts on Jesus. In this sermon, we look at five things from this passage that are true of Jesus. We believe that, as we fix our eyes & thoughts on Jesus, walking with him by faith, God will transform us into the people he wants us to be.

From Hebrews 2:5-13. The Perfect Man does exist. Jesus came to be what we were supposed to be. In dying for us, he purchased our salvation. In his life, he set a great pattern for us to follow.

Jesus said the greatest commandment in the law was to "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength" (Mark 12:30). What does that mean? How should we do that?

From Hebrews 1:10-2:4. It is so important that God sent his Son, Jesus Christ to our world. We should listen. Yet there is a danger that we would drift away from him or ignore his message.

From Ephesians 2:1-10. There is good news! Although we have sinned, God is pleased to forgive us. He gives eternal life to those who trust in Jesus.

The gospel is good news. We should share it. We know that, right? Yet we often struggle to be motivated to share the gospel with others. In this sermon, we walk through some things that can help us with our motivation to proclaim the gospel.

As we seek to share the good news of the gospel, may we remember that there are things that only God can do. But also, we are to join with him in his work - we have a part to play in this. In this sermon, we look at both God's part and our part.

If you have come to know Jesus as Savior and Lord, you have a story of how God brought you from darkness to light, from death to life. God can use your story to help others know how they can have salvation, too.
