Her accusers thought that bringing an unclean woman to Jesus would make him unclean but instead being near Jesus makes her clean. Jesus doesn't offer us a permissive grace, rather a powerful grace that makes us sinners sons & daughters.

Everything in God's kingdom order begins with inward change that results in outward change. This means that change within us happens not by our performance, but the work of God within us. Pastor Meredith highlights John 3:16, and how God gave us His son Jesus so that we could be saved, not by our own works, status, or achievements, but by our choice to believe.

Out of Daniel chapter 3, Pastor Phil tells the story of King Nebuchadnezzar, and the Hebrew boys that refused to bow to him and to God only. God is looking for people that will not bow down to the things that try to persuade us and pull us away from the things of God. People who are willing to stand out and look different than what society tells us to.
