Pastor Ricky A. Rohrig Sr., is the founding pastor of Crossroads Community Church in Red Oak. In addition to his pastoral responsibilities he is a Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) endorsed Healthcare Chaplain at Red Oak and Villisca, Iowa Good Samaritan Societies, a certified Montgomery County 1st Responder Chaplain, a SBC certified disaster relief chaplain, the President of the Montgomery County Iowa Ministerial Fellowship, and is the Executive Director of the Pregnancy Center of South West Iowa (PCSI;) where he has earned the designation of Life Affirming Specialist (LAS.) Pastor Ricky is currently working on a Doctor of Theology in Pastoral Theology from Andersonville Theological Seminary. He has the following earned degrees: Master of Arts in Religion from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary, a Bachelor of Science and Associates degrees from Upper Iowa University. Pastor Ricky and his wife Melanie have a total of seven children: Tobias, Ricky Jr. (R.J.), Izabella, Zoie, Zane, Zariah, and Zadriana. Pastor Ricky's personal ministry motto is preaching the word, teaching the people, reaching the world for Jesus Christ in love, one life at a time! His life verses are

Proverbs 3:5-6 (KJV).

Born & raised in a christian home in Georgia, Casey was saved when he was 13 years old, and called to preach when he was 16 years old. Casey attended Pensacola Christian College in Pensacola, Florida, after which he was bi-vocational for 9 years as a Powerlineman and Youth Pastor. In 2007, Tabernacle Baptist Church in Highpoint, NC, gave a call for him to become their Pastor. He has been serving there, as Senior Pastor, for nearly eleven years. Casey has been married to his high school sweetheart, Cathy, for 18 years and they have five children - 2 biological, 2 foster, and 1 to whom they serve as guardian. He loves studying the Bible, spending time with family, turkey hunting, and riding his Harley!

Pat Nemmers has been the Lead Pastor at Saylorville Church in Des Moines, Iowa since 1998. During his time at Saylorville the Lord has blessed with much growth, expansion of facilities, four church plants and the sending out of several missionaries. Saylorville Church is a thriving Gospel-centered, Bible believing church. Pat and his wife Marilyn have10 children and 23 grandchildren - with 1 more on the way!

Matt has been married to his beautiful wife, Shannon, since the summer of 2006. They have 2 boys, Bennett and Silas, and baby girl, Eden. Matt  surrendered to God's call on his life to ministry during his junior year in high school. Matt received his B.A. in Associate Pastor/Youth Ministry from Faith Baptist Bible College in 2008. He has served in youth ministry since the fall of 2008 in Des Moines, Newton, and Altoona, before being called to serve at Cornerstone Community Church in 2015.
