ALL coaches can benefit from listening, but parents and coaches can get great insight on what goes on behind the scenes of the coaching life. Don't miss it!
Simon sits down to chat with the Cornfed team on his coaching journey to now leading the Ankeny Hawkettes soccer program and his involvement with the William Penn programs. Coaches get frustrated with parents and parents get frustrated with coaches. Jill joins the podcast so we can dig into this! Hopefully this gives both parents and coaches more information on how to interact with one another and how we can make the experience the best for the people who it matters to the most...the players!
