Toni speaks with Cynthia Graber about what re-opening and eating out will look like for diners and business owners.
Will we pivot to take-out and delivery only during the pandemic? How can we help keep our favorite small places open? If you take away one thing from this episode: please take away or get delivery directly from businesses so they don't lose most of the profit paying the big delivery services.
This and other info on the overall recipe for economic disaster that we can help remedy by making thoughtful choices as consumers.
Toni speaks to long-time bestie Mindy Covin King about That Dot Media, and her new project, Parenting Pandemonium, plus What the Teal Happened, a podcast she co-produced with her late friend, Jenn Rooney.
Toni talks to Ali Bogner, who tells the amazing story of her mother surviving Tuberculosis back in 1949... and the family secret born from her time in quarantine.
Ali conducts energy awareness classes in Florence, Italy. Ali is fiercely zen and tells it like it is.
A note to listeners: There are all kinds of f-bombs in this episode. Toni's filters are totally off.
Giacomo Sillari is back, and Toni picks his brain about how to behave when we all get out of quarantine. They discuss the Dunning-Kruger effect, stochastic terrorism, and other phenomena that cause poor governing. How can an effective leader decide what to do in a time so uncertain as this- or worse- what does a poor leader bet on? Our lives, or the economy?

Jen is back after a month hiatus with some big news, and she gets Toni caught up on the current situation in Arizona and around the US, from hair dye and toilet paper shortages, to protests and press conferences.
The two reminisce and have quite a few giggles about some of their adventures together in Italy and Arizona. In other news, Toni saves a Border Collie from a well. (Upon some research after recording, we've discovered it is a Roman era cistern.)
A quick warning: This episode includes the occasional f-bomb and horrific attempts at pronouncing names of French pastries.
Special thanks to whoever originally posted the photo used for this episode. We mention it about half-way in the episode while laughing uncontrollably.
Toni speaks to Paris born, Los Angeles Costume Designer, Rosa Medina, who's been making masks for a few weeks now- but also headbands (please note these are genius and we could be making these to effectively to help out healthcare personnel who suffer from the elastic behind their ears for hours a day).
She could use help and support with shipping.
We urge you to request masks from someone in your area- or check out the Facebook page, Mask America: https://www.facebook.com/groups/513557699587451/

Please note: Another amazing person was interviewed but due to poor audio quality, I had to cut Becky Scott's interview out.
Toni speaks to friend, Tannis Bolton, about the website she's launching to help us all weed through the overwhelming amount of information on the Coronavirus Covid-19. Her medical background, combined with the web background of her brother, Don Bolton, make them a great team to compile important information and make it comprehensible for the rest of us. Be sure to visit www.covidlearningcenter.com to sign up.
Toni speaks to Sarah Mikutel as they discuss the changes in the UK since their last conversation on March 11 (be sure to listen to Episode 2 to hear their first, very different conversation).
As things are changing quickly around us, we, too, are changing our minds and finding ways to get used to this new normal, if that's what this is.
We reflect on the positive side of time in quarantine, and on how lucky we are, despite the pandemic effecting our lives.
With a huge rise of dog adoptions during the worldwide shelter-in-place caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, Toni speaks to Canine Behavior Specialist, Meagan Thomas. Is now a good time to get a dog? How do we keep dogs healthy and happy while we're all staying home and habits must change? Meagan shares ideas on creating new games and toys for our dogs when we can't go out to buy toys or supplies.
Be sure to visit www.alldogsnc.com if you're needing more info or would like to contact Meagan for her training services.
(please note: there are a few issues with the volume fluctuating at times but they were left in as to not change the content of the show).
Toni speaks to life coach Julia Sarver, who packed up her family and returned to Oregon from Costa Rica upon understanding the severity of the Covid-19 pandemic. This episode is the boost you need to get inspired & reinvent yourself, or manage your expectations about the future but also the present. Also, get some great tips on finding personal space while co-habitating during this pandemic. Visit www.theconfidenthealthcoach.com for more information on Julia Sarver.
