March 2020, a large proportion of countries have imposed lockdown during the coronavirus crisis. Families are preparing themselves for several weeks of isolation. The routines we worked hard to establish are gone.

It is understandable for parents to be worried about the next few weeks. But there is an alternative, there are choices.

In this episode, I share three strategies to make the most of these weeks. My aim is that, in the future, when you look back to these days, you can tell yourself "I made the most of a difficult situaiton and my children learnt from it."
