Entry-level doesn't mean bottom of the barrel, and in at-will states recruiters should be careful what they ask for. Liable to pull a shark onboard when what they really wanted was easy tuna; but we are not animals, yeah? We are not marauders either. We are Corporate Cowboys. We are breaking and entry-level forever.

The longitudinal effect of institutionalization happens over time. It's effect can be measured and appreciated by an individual onky after time has past. It's why some kids have to learn the hard way, through experience. It's why lectures are weak, but experiential learning (hands-on) is rarely forgotten. Why actions are louder than words. It's like, you heard me now, but were you listening.

"NEW"? Gimme a break. I messing with analytics again to see it anybody to looks for the NWO stumbles on the CWO. When you are in Corporate you are in the know. If you choose not to learn, thatis your fault; MAYBE you survive, but you won't live.

Everyone and no one can be a professional. Professionalism is an ongoing process. Ultimately, it comes down to standardizing a way of work, but I'm not interested in standards. I'm interested in Professionalism, Professionals, and converting them to Corporate. That's some Corporate Cowboy shit. Experts are people- I mean professionals too. They bear a greater burden than the average human, by reputation or acclaim. Treat them accordingly, with respect. Acknowledge and appreciate them. Aid the miserable ones or put them out of their misery, like a Professional ought to.

I read a book over the summer titled "Big Data: A Revolution That Will Change How We Live, Work, and Think". I'll be honest, it didn't really change jack, just gave me more to think about. I'll read a short section of the book; one I felt spoke most to me as a reformed criminal enterpriser and now aspiring Corporate Cowboy. I recommend you go into this one thinking, feeling, and really believing that "Business is War".
