In this week's episode of Corporate Hostage, No More! I'm on a rant! I wanted to share with you some of the reasons that I'm mad at Corporate America.  It's a real rant, and filled with some disgusting statistics so be forewarned.

Some of the things I cover include:

The top 10 U.S. corporations that avoid taxation;

My disdain over the huge disparity between CEO and employee pay;

Why I think it's OK if you build it to make as much money as you want, but not if you're just an employee who's made it to the top with no personal risk involved;

And, blunt as it is, if you continue to work in a toxic company, you are part of the problem, not part of the solution -- but there are ways you can get out and I go into several suggestions for finding a better work environment.
