I had a great conversation with Tony. A couple of items we discussed:
RISD – Rhode Island School of Design
Whitney Johnson, author of Disrupt Yourself and podcast of the same nam and Build an A Team
Tony used to buy people The Book of Mistakes by Skip Pritchard. He also recommends the classic The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey
Tony can be found at Inspiredpurposecoach.com and his podcast is The Virtual Campfire
Marc and Elizabeth talk about personal vs. corporate branding and reputation management.
Marc mentioned using Fiverr, a great resource for gig economy projects. We use Fiverr and Upwork (another similar site) to find experts on discrete projects.
Marc and Mike talked about the book Delivering Happiness by Tony Hseih
Mike’s product is the Sieve not unlike a food sieve

Pranam is a sanscrit word. Here is the definition.
Pranam’s student club business – Door of Clubs
Pranam mentioned one of my favorite books, Sapiens by Yuval Noah Harari
He also mentioned Principles by Ray Dalio
Two other books by Harari – Homo Deus and 21 Lessons for the 21st Century
Pranam’s daily ritual really captivated me and I want to get him back on the show to discuss this.
20 Yes or No questions that keeps you accountable – this alone gives me a lot to think about
I found an online tool for determining the most used words in a document – similar to what Pranam referenced.
Pranam spoke of his daily practice stemming from St. Ignatius and the Daily Examen as well as Ben Franklin’s Thirteen Virtues as well as Jim Collins’ Twelve Questions.
A cline is an infinite spectrum – learning new things from every podcast episode.

Erin’s words that changed everything: WHAT IS THE POINT OF ALL OF THIS? WHERE IS THE MEANING?
Erin tells the story of the Jessica Zweig retreat and her book “Be. - A No-Bullshi*t Guide to Increasing Your Self Worth and Net Worth by Simply Being Yourself”
Marc mentioned Shonda Rhimes book, The Year of Yes.
The word that Marc could not come up with is Schadenfreude
Erin mentioned a TED Talk by Jill Bolte Taylor – My Stroke of Insight.
Erin taught us to use her secret of 4 As to be present with an emotion and allow it to pass through us. She briefed us on each phase:
Awareness – Be aware of it
Acknowledgement – Acknowledge you are feeling it
Acceptance – Accept it
Action from Spirit – as it leaves you, take action from your heart or spirit
Erin realized the meaning she was looking for was within her the whole time.
Marc attended a virtual seminar by Tony Robbins – Unleash the Power Within
Erin recommends The Buddha Walks into a Bar by Lodro Rinzler, the first book she ever read on mindfulness and The Untethered Soul by Michael Singer
Erin uses Insight Timer, an app for guided meditation.
