This is episode 1 of a 2 part series. A series of murders haunts South Korea in the late 1980's into the early 90's which would be come their first known serial killer. All the witnesses have testified, and it's time for the jury to deliberate. They certainly don't agree, but very consciously choose their verdict as well as their sentencing recommendation. Six months later during the actual sentencing, Rocky and his team are met with a huge surprise. Then, things seem to only get worse during the appeals process.
