Bobby is an extremely talented martial artist. Evertime I have the chance to train with him, I walk away with so much details. His open minded approach to martial arts has helped him on and off the mats. Training martial arts has always helped me become more confident in myself and it was refreshing to hear he felt the same way. He's such a wealth of knowledge and it's such a joy catching up with him! Be sure to check out his website when it launches in the future evolutionofanart.com

Mike is a BJJ black belt and hot damn is he talented. I got to meet him a long time ago at a seminar and since then we remained in touch via social media. It's really cool to see how he has progressed in BJJ over the years. Now he shifts his focus to running his own school and growing his business. I'm excited to see how well his place does in the future!

Al Picchi is now the New York State President for Howard Hanna Real Estate Services. At the time of our podcast he was working the eastern side of New York. Al has always been a super genuine guy. I just never had the chance to sit down and chat with him for more than a few minutes. After our podcast I knew immediately why Howard Hanna puts their trust in him to run the entire state of New York. Al comes with over 20 years of experience running real estate brokerages.

Ed Abrasley is a wonderful dude and has always impressed me with his growth mindset. Always striving to learn more and grow in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Its been really wonderful to see him start teaching regularly at Tai Kai because he's a natural! Make sure you check out his instructional on BJJ Fanatics website!

We wanted to say thank you to everyone that donated or took the time to hang out during our stream. I took our live stream and cut it down into a little podcast that will be easier on the ears! We were able to raise $4,775, plus $500 corporate sponsor from Prevention Network, and $310 donated from Three Lives here in Syracuse. A grand total of $5,585 went directly to the Vera House. A wonderful organization that does so much for our community.
Brittanie, Mike, and I play a few improv games! I dare you to name a better way to spend episode 69 between my two lovers.. Enjoy this special episode! You might enjoy this better on YouTube!

Pat and Danny have spent the past few years building and growing the RetroGameCon here in Syracuse. A convention that focuses bringing all of CNY's video game lovers under one roof. They have tons of vendors, tons of old school video games to play, and even cosplay. The amount of work that goes into running one of these events is absolutely bonkers. Pat and Danny have excelled in building an event that gets bigger and bigger each year through collaborative idea sharing and teamwork with others behind the scenes.

Derrick was my manager when I worked at PetSmart. I always enjoyed working with him, he was always positive and upbeat. He recently left the retail world and started a new career in sales. When him and I were catching up over coffee, we realize our jobs had so many things in common! It was great some of his business practices!
