Hello Hive Community, especially the Cycling Community, it's a pleasure to be here again.
I want to share with you a life experience that has to do with a memory that I treasure from my childhood and is directly related to an unforgettable moment that I had with bicycles, my parents and my brothers. This situation has undoubtedly had a great impact on my life as an adult and in a very particular way on the experience I have had with my children and bicycles.
Many years ago in my adolescence we were invited to a family get-together on a Sunday, a little far from our home. At that time I had my first bicycle and I suggested to my parents that it would be wonderful if we went by bicycle to the get-together. To my great surprise my parents agreed, I never thought they would do it, it was something very magical, I remember that my father was carrying an uncle's bicycle who lent it to him for the occasion and along with my father was a sister, my mother borrowed the bicycle from a neighbor and there she went with my younger brother, my other brother was on his bicycle and I was on mine with my other sister.
It was a spectacular day, which will remain engraved in my mind I think forever, I don't remember where we went, or what we did, but I remember seeing my family on bicycles and it is one of the best memories of my life.
As a mother I have recreated that moment many times, my eldest son loves bicycles, he is currently in another country but before leaving we lived many experiences in bikes and we often remember it when we talk about our memories, dreams and desires on video calls. We especially remember when we had competitions to see who would get there first; of course, he always won.
Santa gave my daughter a bike, she learned to ride it but never wanted to use it, she doesn't have much affinity with bikes, she's one of those people who get dizzy just by looking at them. I will never understand a human being who doesn't love a bicycle, but they exist, my daughter is one of them.
My youngest son, like me, loves bicycles. Sometimes I have to force him to walk to the store. He has a special affection for his bike and if for some reason it breaks, I feel as a mother that he is not the same happy child and I immediately look for a way to fix it.
And as for me; Of my siblings, I am the only one who has a great love for bicycles. Of them, perhaps, my younger brother is the one who has had the most contact with them, but they don't attract his attention; only as a means of transportation and nothing more.
However, what I want to reflect here in this post and video is that special moment that I share every time my children and I have gone for a walk and had moments of recreation as a family, using that wonderful means of transportation that is our most beautiful treasure:

Hola Comunidad Hive en especial a la Comunidad ciclista un placer estar nuevamente por aquí.
Quiero compartirles una experiencia de vida que tiene que ver con con un recuerdo que atesoro de mi niñez y se relaciona de manera muy directa con un momento inolvidable que tuve con las bicicletas, mis padres y mis hermanos. Esta situación indudablemente ha repercutido mucho en mi vida en la adultez y de una manera muy particular en la experiencia que he tenido con mis hijos y las bicicletas.
Hace muchos años en mi adolescencia nos invitaron un domingo a un compartir familiar, un poco retirado de nuestro hogar, para ese entonces yo tenia mi primera bicicleta y le sugerí a mis padres que sería maravilloso que fuéramos en bicicleta al compartir. Para mi gran sorpresa mis padres accedieron nunca pensé que lo harían, fue algo muy mágico, recuerdo que mi padre llevaba la bicicleta de un tío quien se la prestó para la ocasión y junto con mi papá iba una hermana, mi mamá le pidió la bicicleta prestada a una vecina y allí iba con mi hermano menor, mi otro hermano iba en su bicicleta y yo iba en la mía con mi otra hermana.
Fue un día espectacular, que quedará grabado en mi mente creo que para siempre, no recuerdo a donde fuimos, ni que hicimos, pero recuerdo ver a mi familia en bicicleta y es uno de los mejores recuerdos de mi vida.
Como madre he recreado muchas veces ese momento, mi hijo mayor le encantan las bicicletas, él en estos momentos está en otro país pero antes de irse vivimos muchas experiencias en bicicletas y muchas veces la recordamos cuando en videollamadas hablamos de nuestros recuerdos, sueños y anhelos. Recordamos sobre todo cuando hacíamos competencias a ver quien llegaba primero; por supuesto, él siempre ganaba.
Papá Noe le regaló una bicicleta a mi hija, ella aprendió a manejarla pero nunca quiso usarla, no tiene mucha afinidad con las bicicletas, es de las personas que se marean de solo verlas. Nunca entenderé a un ser humano que no le encante una bicicleta, pero existen, mi hija es una de ellas.
Mi hijo menor, al igual que yo, adora las bicicletas, a veces lo tengo que obligar a caminar hasta la bodega, siente un especial cariño por su bicicleta y si por alguna razón se daña, siento como madre que no es el mismo niño feliz e inmediatamente busco la manera de arreglársela.
Y en cuanto a mí; soy la única de mis hermanos que tiene un gran amor hacia las bicicletas, de ellos tal vez, mi hermano menor es el que ha tenido más contacto con ellas pero no le llaman la atención; solo como medio de transporte y nada más.
No obstante; lo que quiero reflejar aquí en este post y video, es ese momento especial que comparto cada vez que mis hijos y yo hemos paseado y tenido momentos de recreación en familia, utilizando ese maravilloso medio de transporte que es nuestro tesoro mas bello:
