Today we're talking about the purpose of accepting feedback for creative INTPs. I wanted to talk about this because it's very easy for us to own the creative process completely and feel we know what's best for a project. Quite simply, we've thought it through, however, there are instances in which getting feedback is invaluable to the creative process. We can do as much as we can but at some point we have to put it out there and if there's a pattern in the project not connecting then it's time to re-calibrate.

Many people who are new to personality typing see this as a tool to find the right people for their lives, however, it can sometimes be an excuse to further prejudices we have and wholesale exclude personality types from our pool of possibilities. Happy Valentine's Day! Today we're talking about the emotional embarrassment that some INTPs may feel when expressing ineligence or incompetence in some situations. It can be very frustrating and downright embarrassing to share that you don't know something when we tend to spend time building a reputation for ourselves as being intelligent and self-sufficient.
