We all have a knowing superpower. It is just about tapping into that intuition!
This week I spoke to Jana Nightingale. Jana is a self-development teacher who’s spent the last decade guiding individuals around the world towards greater awareness, purpose and soul. Her work is about coming into contact with all of who we are - going beyond being identified with our busy thinking mind and reconnecting with our body, emotions, our intuition, imagination and our soul. Her invitation is to return to Knowing our deepest, most essential self.

For some reason, Bill Nighy is also brought up in this episode (I'm sorry).
Episode on my own recovery and my healing through spiritual work.
I talk about where it all began, the bumpy relapses, the pain and how I cope with my emotions nowadays. Touching on manifestation and spiritual bypass.
Seeing pain as a catalyst rather than something to be avoided. In this episode, I talk about my own growth, my own pain and where I am now in this process. Remember that we live in a world that thrives on putting a time limit on pain, whether that's a bad break up, divorce, depression, bereavement. Working through our own shame helps others to heal theirs.
